Taak & Art Suisse was born in 2023 by two Mexican sisters who have studied and lived in Europe for more than 20 years. Being in love with their home country and especially with their culture and traditions, they embarked on this new adventure. Our mission is to bring the magic of Mexican traditions to the world and empower women by promoting their invaluable artisanal products.
Kanika pets is one of Taak & Art brands that specialises on products for pets. We aim to showcase beautiful unique artisanal products hand made by indigenous women, which have modern design, with the best quality materials and at the same time are comfortable and colourful. Our goal is to become leaders of Mexican handmade pet accessories.
With Kanika pets we envision a future where the textile art of indigenous communities in Mexico is recognised and valued internationally with fare trade. We aim to actively contribute to the sustainable development of these communities by promoting the economic empowerment of artisan families and the preservation of their traditional techniques.
